Terms of Use

Effective August 27, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Nashua Labs ("we") for the Zodessa iPhone app. By using the app you accept them. This is a licensed application end user license agreement (EULA) for purposes of the App Store.

License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use Zodessa on Apple devices you own or control, for your own use. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or use the app to build a competing service.

What Zodessa is, and is not

Zodessa generates astrological readings and conversation with an AI model. It is for reflection and entertainment. It is not a source of medical, legal, or financial advice, and it makes no factual predictions about your future. Do not make significant decisions based on a reading. If you are in crisis, contact a professional or an emergency service; the app will point you to resources, but it is not one.

Subscriptions

Your content

You own what you tell Zodessa. You grant us the license needed to process it to run the service (generating responses, storing your conversations and memory), as described in the Privacy Policy. If you share a compatibility report, the share page is public to anyone with the link.

Acceptable use

Do not use Zodessa to harass anyone, to attempt to extract other people's data, to probe or disrupt the service, or for anything unlawful. Enter another person's birth data for a compatibility reading only when you have a legitimate basis to do so.

Termination

You can stop using Zodessa at any time and delete your data in the app. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms.

Disclaimers and liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Apple

Apple is not a party to these terms and has no responsibility for the app or its content. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. Apple has no warranty, maintenance, support, or claims obligations for the app beyond refunding the purchase price where applicable.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.

Changes

If these terms change materially, we will say so in the app before the change takes effect. Continued use after that is acceptance.
